Press/Industry Analyst Registration

Members of the press or an industry analysts who would like to attend Mobile World Congress Shanghai should click here. You can review the criteria for media accreditation here.

Once you have applied for accreditation, your application will be reviewed by the GSMA Press team. If you are approved, you will receive an email containing a Registration Code to register for a free Press/Analyst pass. Exhibitors, Sponsors and Partners registration will go live in March.

Exhibitors, sponsors and partners will be contacted by email with details of the registration process. To invite guests or register your stand staff, executives and contractors, you will need to access the Exhibitor & Partner Invitation System which will be available in April.

GSMA Member Discounts

GSMA members receive a 30% discount on Gold, Silver Passes and Industry Exhibition Pass for Mobile World Congress Shanghai.

Obtaining your Mobile World Congress Shanghai Member Discount Code

In order to receive your discount during the Mobile World Congress Shanghai registration process, you must supply your Organisation ID prefixed with ‘MWCS’ during the ‘Pass Type Selection’ box during registration. For example, if your Organisation ID is 12345, you would enter ‘MWCS12345’ in the Discount Code box. Should the Organisation ID be less than 5 digits, i.e Organisation ID is 12, you would enter ‘MWCS00012’ into the Discount Code box.

To obtain your Organisation ID:

• Log into InfoCentre
• Click on “My Organisation”
• The Oganisation ID can be found underneath the Organisation Name and Company introduction
• In order to receive your discount, you must supply your Organisation ID prefixed with MWCS during registration (i.e. if your Org ID is 12345, enter MWCS12345, if your Org ID is less than 5 digit, i.e Organisation ID is 12, enter MWCS00012 into the code box on the first step of the registration process).
